From my comments in the article, you can probably tell I’m not a big fan of DST. That’s not because I don’t like the “extra” hours of daylight in the summer, but because changing the clocks twice each year messes with my health and well-being.

It takes me at least a week to recover to full mental capacity and a sleep routine with the changes, no matter how I try to more gradually make the adjustments. Maybe just leaving the DST all year would help?
